Social Media for Property Developers & Realtors

I want to give a big shout out to UDI Victoria and Marie Savage who organized a Social Media work shop today for their members. We had a very active group with a mix of developers and realtors. 

Thanks also to Kris Morash from Aviawest for joining us for part of the session to talk about how they have integrated social media marketing into their plans and giving us a sneak peak at some new developments in the works. It was a great to have a real life example of a successful property developer / realtor (Aviawest does have a whole ownership product) using social media. 

I always learn something from these sessions as I get challenged by the attendees and today was no different. Some enthusiastic discussed ensued around finding a good balance between the personal and corporate voice when developing content for social networks like Twitter and Facebook.
